RETURNS

We have a user-friendly returns policy. If within 30 days you're not satisfied with your Thing, we will refund it (less shipping costs) with no questions asked. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, email stuff@thingindustries.com, your Thing must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We recommend you use a tracking service to return your Thing as we are not responsible for undelivered or lost packages.

Once your Thing is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Thing. Your refund will be processed, and a credit, less shipping costs will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately things on sale cannot be refunded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
